variety of industries.
We are a stable privately-owned business, located in Long
Island city, New York. We have 250,000 square feet of plant area in
Long Island City and Brooklyn, centrally located with access to all major
transportation centers.

Kerns provides comprehensive capabilities that include
CNC machining, vacuum, hydrogen and aluminum dip brazing, electron beam
(60 in. capability and heliarc welding, laser and electrical discharge machining.
Our equipment and technology are continuously updated to guarantee that
our customers receive a quality product on schedule and at a competitive
price.
We have a comprehensive Program Management and Technical
Support team qualified to take a program from drawing board through prototype
and development into full production. Kerns enjoys the challenge and
opportunity of the integrated product development environment.
Our Quality System meets or exceeds the most demanding
industry standards, ISO9000 and AS9000. We are also NADCAP certified.
In addition to our skilled work force, Kerns has a network
of qualified suppliers to support our need for raw material and proprietary
products. We have been designated as a Category I Supplier by our
customers, giving us the authority to designate
and approve our own supplier network.
